- On-the-go troubleshooting and adjustment leads to better quality fitting and less pressure on the frame, which lowers the risk of the frame breaking due to poorly fitted lenses.
- In-store fitting experience leads to better knowledge for in-store staff to be able to provide the best advice on lens features and frame features that would best fit your prescription, all which lead to a higher quality product.
- No waiting while others send them Interstate or Overseas.
- You can use your own frame if you want.
Can I get same day glasses?
Please read the FAQs below, hopefully this will answer most of your questions. Certainly some lenses do need to be custom ordered so we may not have them in stock on the same day. Even if this is the case, will are likely to be able to get you new glasses quicker than most places.
The glasses must be single vision Near or Distance and within our stock range. If your prescription falls within our stock range and we have the lenses on hand we should be able to complete a pair of glasses for you same day!

What lenses do you stock in the lab?
We can make spectacles same day with some conditions. The glasses must be single vision Near or Distance and within our stock range. If your prescription falls within our stock range and we have the lenses on hand we should be able to complete a pair of glasses for you same day! You can always call ahead to check.
My prescription is somewhat unusual can you still do it same day?
While we may not have your lenses on hand immediately, our lead times are very good! We can still fit the lenses on site to save time and get you your new specs as soon as possible.
Can you fit lenses to my own frame?
Yes! If you need to wear your glasses while your new lenses are on order we can still fit the lenses while you wait! We can order the lenses and once they arrive we will call or text to arrange a suitable time to cut the lenses to your frame. We suggest giving yourself about a 30 minute to 1 hour wait time while we complete the edging process for you.
I need multifocals can you do those same day?
Sadly no. Each multifocal lens is crafted to your specific prescription requirements including heights and frame fit. Our turn-around on Multifocal lenses is still very good with most jobs coming back well under the 2 weeks lead time.
If you are in urgent need, we may even be able to make you a same day pair of single vision glasses to get you out of trouble while you are waiting for the new multifocals to arrive.
Do you have lenses that go dark outside?
The only lenses we have in stock are clear lenses. If you need a lens that goes dark outside we can certainly order them. If your prescription falls within the stock range we should have them within 1-3 days! Much better than a 2 week wait!
I like to wear rimless or semi-rimless frames can you do those?
Semi-rimless and rimless glasses have specialised fitting requirements. Either a fine groove cut into the lens or holes drilled through them! We will often get these jobs completed off-site.
